What is the biggest challenge you face in your position? I really don’t see it as a challenge. I love what I do, spending time with our consumers.

Sheri is a hard worker and always has a bright smile when working. She has been a wonderful asset to Combs-Redfern Apartments’ staff. –Melody Case, Director of Residential Services

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?  Getting to be with the people and them sharing their life with me, good or bad.

What is the one thing you want people to know about Developmental Connections? It is a great organization, helping people with disabilities.

What is one way in which our community can help foster the mission of Developmental Connections? To help spread the word of what good things people with disabilities can do and to realize they have the same wants and needs as anyone else.

How are you personally touched by the work you do? I have become very close to the consumers and appreciate their unconditional love.
